My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The room was spacious and very clean, providing a relaxing oasis in the midst of bustling Ho Chi Minh City. The service was absolutely top-notch, surpassing all expectations. The location, though a bit tricky to find initially, was at the heart of Saigon's vibrant scene. While the dining options were not as exceptional as the rest of the hotel, the overall experience was fantastic.

Staying at this hotel was a perfect experience for my family of four. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and suited us well, considering it is in the middle of the city. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to help, including offering me a very late checkout due to a flight delay. The location inside Saigon Centre Mall provided plenty of options for food and shopping. The dining options were very good, especially the a la carte menu, although a bit on the expensive side.
